Years ago, Tim started serving a handful of clients with the intention of providing professional & quality services at a reasonable price, where clients could call at anytime with any issue and not fear being billed for every quick discussion.
That practice is now Sidow LLC and still has the same standards of service and commitment.
Tim holds CPA licenses in Virginia, Florida and Pennsylvania. After graduating Cum Laude from Washington & Jefferson College with a degree in accounting, Tim worked for CPA firms in Washington, DC, Pittsburgh, PA and Virginia Beach, VA working with construction companies, home builders, real estate developers and individuals owning various real estate entities.
Starting in the mid-2000's Tim worked with Alcoa & Bayer, among other public companies, to impliment the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and then to establish and maintain those processes for their annual SOX certifications.

His experience also includes serving on the board of an Homeowners Association (HOA) for five years, holding the office of Treasurer for four of those years.
As a result of growing up in Western Pennsylvania, he am an avid fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins. He is also a Steelers season ticket after being on the waiting list for eleven years. He splits his time in Virginia & Florida with his wife Beth, an Interior Designer and Owner of Beth Sidow Designs LLC, along with Kaylee, a rescued Irish Terrier. They are members of BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
SATS LLC holds CPA firm licenses in Virginia & Florida. As a firm that provides audits and reviews to its clients, SATS LLC is also required to undergo a peer review every three years. In addition, SATS LLC requires its personnel to obtain continuing education credits to assure that they stay current on issues and trends in the industries that they serve.
SATS LLC serves clients primarily in South Florida, the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and the Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania region. The firm focuses on small businesses in construction, real estate, and retail and their owners..
